You celebrate with your family – and Happiness Happens!

Our family gathered from across the country to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary by sailing from Port Canaveral to the Caribbean on Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas - Spring Break 2022.

Life is all about adding experiences and exploring this amazing, unlimited world. Travel opens a child’s mind and imagination and lets them make their connection with the world.  

Through the eyes of our grandchildren who live in the rainy Pacific Northwest, we watched in wonder as they took a water hike through aqua blue waters to a climbable island in the Caribbean Sea. We can’t describe the noisy excitement when they went to an Iguana Ranch next to a tropical bay and fed those colorful scary “monsters." We watched our 12-year-old “indoor swim-teamer” mastering the FLO-RIDER and surf her way on the Harmony of the Seas through the sun-drenched Atlantic Ocean! Her wipeouts were the most fun ever. 

What an experience to watch your grandchildren’s lives and imaginations as they explore this amazing cruise ship and navigate a world they have only seen in videos or books! They lived these exciting adventures – they didn’t watch other kids doing it on their cell phones.

Our family motto is “The best love is the love you give”. Most people think of travel as a way to add to their pleasure and memories. The overwhelming happiness we felt when we watched our seven-year-old grandson say to his dad, “Come on – we can do this – put on your snorkel  – we’re swimming over to the beach at the Virgin Island National Park!” That memory will live with us for a lifetime.
